This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing room reservations at Alaks Hotel. By making a reservation through our website or any other booking channel, you agree to the following terms.


1. Reservation & Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or deposit, where applicable) has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued by Alaks Hotel.


2. Payment Policy

Guests may be required to make full payment or a partial deposit at the time of booking, depending on the room type or promotional offer selected.

Accepted payment methods include:

All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.


4. Cancellation Policy

8. Children Policy

Children are welcome at Alaks Hotel. Additional charges may apply depending on room type and number of occupants.


9. Special Requests

Special requests such as room preferences, early check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


10. Force Majeure

Alaks Hotel shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.


11. Right to Refuse Service

Alaks Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the guest violates hotel policies or provides false information during the booking process.
